UNION DEPOT, located on the corner of Congress Avenue and Third Street (looking southwest), c. 1890. The depot was built by the International & Great Northern Railroad Company and sat cattycorner to the Houston & Texas Central depot (later the M-K-T depot). [PICA 03331]
